This group exhibition, hosted by Island2Island Art and curated by Rita Carta-Manias, is a hybrid event, ie. online exhibition from 1 August - 10 October, 2021 and a physical exhibition in London from 2-10 October at J/M Gallery, Portobello Road.
The theme is exploring the elements that connect island nations, culturally, and environmentally. My own contributions speak to the issues of rising sea-levels and the concerns of threat to ocean wildlife.
UPDATE:
The giveaway has ended and the turtle print was won by a lovely lady in London.
We, collectively, raised £320 for the Wildlife Sense Charity to help to continue their important work helping turtles in Kefalonia!
THANK YOU!
This hybrid (virtual and IRL) exhibition closes on 10 October at 6 pm BST. I’ll be going live some time before that on Sunday afternoon with Rita, our curator, to draw the winner of the turtle print draw (just donate to our Just Giving Page for Wildlife Sense to help the turtles and then sign up to my newsletter mailing list, on that page, to enter. Entries will be closing by 4 pm. GOOD LUCK!

Rita has kindly joined with me to host a Just Giving Page, for Wildlife Sense, the turtle charity that I support with donations from my turtle prints. You’ve probably seen my blog about Annya and the Turtles (here, if you missed it before). For this special promotion, if you donate to Wildlife Sense through the page on this link, you will be eligible to enter the draw for my turtle print giveaway, afterwards, by following my ‘mailing list’ sign up link, on that page.
(If you are already on my Studio Friends’ List - don’t worry - you won’t be duplicated on my list, but you do need to enter through that link to be in the draw.)
Look out for notifications of live talks and interviews, both for the exhibition and with the Wildlife Sense volunteers, helping turtles in Kefalonia.
