POSTPONED for now. - to see how to paint with me online, go here:
Have you often admired the ponds in the RHS garden locations, or your local park and wished you could do them justice in a painting?
Here is your chance to have some fun in a relaxed and friendly workshop, where the focus is on experimenting and learning new techniques. Take inspiration from the nearby ponds in the garden. Enjoy the fabulous new hilltop teaching facility; spacious airy and light. Watch demos and practise new techniques with acrylic inks, corn-starch film, and resists.
Complete a painting of pondlife (lilies, frogs, ducks, dragonflies, weed etc) with guidance, using some of the new techniques. You will have time to put together your new mixed media methods, to create your own painting to take home.
I will provide demos, guidance and one-to-one feedback, as needed. Reference materials and heavy-weight paper provided.
Bring a packed lunch. Refreshments are provided.
See the RHS website for further details (here) and book by phone on 01245 402105.
